The Cornell University Glee Club performs a diverse repertoire ranging from liturgical settings to folk songs, from works of the Renaissance period to recent compositions written specifically for the Glee Club. The Glee Club also sings the traditional Songs of Cornell, including Give My Regards to Davy, Song of the Classes, the Evening Song, and the Alma Mater.

In addition, the Glee Club frequently collaborates with other ensembles on major works, including recent performances of Beethoven's Missa Solemnis with the Cornell University Chorus and Syracuse Symphony Orchestra, Verdi's Requiem, and Bach's St. John Passion (also with the Cornell University Chorus) under the direction of world famous Bach tenor and conductor Peter Schreier.

For those interested in male a cappella pop music, the subset of the Glee Club - The Hangovers - never fails to thrill audiences with a set of contemporary favorites. Although Glee Club concerts usually include a few numbers by the Hangovers, the bulk of Hangovers performances are scheduled independently. See their web site for details.
